We only buy excellent condition grass fed cows. Unique lot numbering allows for traceability through the process! We can even place farm specific stickers on cases so everyone can see exactly what farm the beef came from!
2024 Cattle Sales
NO sick, blind, downer, prolapsed, limping or poor condition cows will be permitted!
USDA condemned or rejected cattle will NOT be paid for.
Checks are dispersed 1 week after drop off. Mondays are designated drop off days.
